Return:
Exchange and/or Refund are accepted on selective items (only on the items which are mark allowed to exchange and/or refund. Items can be returned for a refund of the purchase price (“SalikoMall.com price”) provided that:

- Buyer expresses a wish to return is required and obligated to inform Salikomall.com about returns made or to be made or to initiate a return. Contact SalikoMall.com via Phone: +971 4470533; Email: info@salikomall.com or via live chat on the Site within 2 Days of the Buyer’s receipt of the Item along with the order number for the item.
- Item is returned undamaged in the original condition it was received, with Salikomall.com packaging includes; original papers, original packaging, and tags still attached.
- Buyer hands over the item to the designated courier as booked by SalikoMall.com for the respective collection. SalikoMall.com shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage to the Items shipped via any other courier/post.
- Items that are marked as ‘No returns on this item’ are final sale items. Once purchased, such items cannot be returned.
- SalikoMall.com shall process the refund of the amount paid by the buyer towards the purchase excluding: Promotional Vouchers, Shipping Costs, Customs, and other local taxes.
- SalikoMall.com shall deduct the Shipping Costs and Customs Duties & Taxes paid towards a return shipment due to failure of delivery in the event of the buyer being not contactable and/or not available to clear the customs (payment of duties, additional documents) and/or to receive the delivery.
- In case of an unsuccessful delivery, any Customs Duties & Taxes borne by SalikoMall.com shall be deducted from the buyer’s refund.
Refunds:
- Please check Refund Policy under each category.
- All prepaid orders via Credit Cards are refunded to the original method of payment and cannot be substituted/transferred to any other method.
- Cash payment orders are refunded only via an online transfer to a Bank Account. Buyer is liable to bear any costs/fees applied by the bank for the transaction and/or currency exchange.
- All international transactions are converted to USD and the received amount shall be refunded to the buyer’s original method of payment for the exact value as received. Any difference in the refund amount due to currency exchange is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Credit card refunds, once initiated, may take 7-14 Business Days to complete the bank’s processing and be credited to the buyer’s account. Bank Transfers may take 3-5 Business Days for completion once processed.
- Refund shall be processed for 100% value of the item(s) and does not include any Shipping Costs, Vouchers, Customs Duties & Taxes, and/or any other local taxes paid by the buyer.
- In case of an unsuccessful delivery, any Customs Duties & Taxes borne by SalikoMall.com shall be deducted from the buyer’s refund.
Return of Paintings products will be accepted with-in 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions
- The paintings or products delivered are damaged.
- The paintings or products delivered are not as displayed on www.salikomall.com
- The paintings or products delivered are not as per specifications mentioned on www.salikomall.com
- Free pick-up for return of paintings or products will be arranged in such cases.
- Refunds will be processed as per the Refund Policy given below.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will be processed by www.salikomall.com with-in 72 hrs of accepting the
request only through the Original Mode of Payment. - SalikoMall will not be responsible for any delay caused by the originating bank in
processing refund / credit.

Faulty items
- We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of the products delivered to you. Nevertheless, as a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described.
- You must inspect the products as soon after delivery as is reasonably practicable and must notify us of any defects in the products within 2 working days from the day after the date the products were delivered. You must return any defective or faulty product to us within 14 working days from the date of delivery, to allow us to inspect the watch and carry out testing if required. Provided you notify us of any defects and return the defective product (complete with box and paperwork where applicable) within the periods set out above, on confirmation by us that the product is defective we will either replace your product on a like for like basis, repair your product or we will refund your payment in full including the product’s normal postage charge usually within 14 working days of the defective product being returned to us.
- If you buy more than one product from us as part of the same transaction, and only some of these products are defective, you may return the defective products and benefit from the same remedies as described above. However, this does not entitle you to reject other non-defective products.
Our cancellation rights
- We may have to cancel an order for products before the products are delivered, for example, due to an event outside our control or the unavailability of stock. We will promptly contact you if this happens.
- If we have to cancel an order and you have made any payment in advance for products that have not been delivered to you, we will refund these amounts to you.
