TERMS & CONDITION/ RETURN POLICY FOR ART GALLERY:

OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.

  •  After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
  •  We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the products have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation. Any products forming part of the same order, which we have not confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation, do not form part of that contract.
  •  All products shown on our website are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply you with the products, for example because that product is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error in the price on our website as referred to in the above clause, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. Without prejudice to clause above, please note that all watches will remain on our website and will be available for sale to another customer until you have paid.
  •  The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colors accurately reflect the color of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.
  •  In the case of products sold without accompanying paperwork, the age listed on the website is an estimate only. While this estimate has been given in good faith, no representation or warranty, express or implied, is made by us in relation to the accuracy of this information. Please note that in the case of watches sold with paperwork, the age of the watch is the date that the warranty is officially stamped by the retailer: this is not the date of manufacture, which may be significantly earlier.

CUSTOMS

  •  If you are based outside of the UAE, you may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you are unsure about whether these charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs office for further information.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Faulty items

  •  We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of the products delivered to you. Nevertheless, as a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described.
  •  You must inspect the products as soon after delivery as is reasonably practicable and must notify us of any defects in the products within 2 working days from the day after the date the products were delivered. You must return any defective or faulty product to us within 14 working days from the date of delivery, to allow us to inspect the Paintings and carry out testing if required. Provided you notify us of any defects and return the defective product (complete with box and paperwork where applicable) within the periods set out above, on confirmation by us that the product is defective we will either replace your product on a like for like basis, we will refund your payment in full including the product’s normal postage charge usually within 14 working days of the defective product being returned to us.
  •  If you buy more than one product from us as part of the same transaction, and only some of these products are defective, you may return the defective products and benefit from the same remedies as described above. However, this does not entitle you to reject other non-defective products.

Our cancellation rights

  •  We may have to cancel an order for products before the products are delivered, for example, due to an event outside our control or the unavailability of stock. We will promptly contact you if this happens.
  •  If we have to cancel an order and you have made any payment in advance for products that have not been delivered to you, we will refund these amounts to you.

Return:

Exchange and/or Refund are accepted on selective items (only on the items which are mark allowed to exchange and/or refund.  Items can be returned for a refund of the purchase price (“SalikoMall.com price”) provided that:

    1. Buyer expresses a wish to return is required and obligated to inform Salikomall.com about returns made or to be made or to initiate a return. Contact SalikoMall.com via Phone: +971 4470533; Email: info@salikomall.com or via live chat on the Site within 2 Days of the Buyer’s receipt of the Item along with the order number for the item.
    2. Item is returned undamaged in the original condition it was received, with Salikomall.com packaging includes; original papers, original packaging, and tags still attached.
    3. If you receive your painting damaged due to shipping , you may return it within 2 business days. You must package the painting in exactly the same fashion as it was when it arrived to you (you may reuse the packaging). I will email you my mailing address to return the painting. Return shipping fees, like all shipping charges, are the customer’s responsibility. Once I have the painting in perfect condition, we will replace it according to your original order.
    4. To be eligble for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging .
    5. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase
      Returns to be exchanged only no money refunded.
    6. Buyer hands over the item to the designated courier as booked by SalikoMall.com for the respective collection. SalikoMall.com shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage to the Items shipped via any other courier/post.
    7. Items that are marked as ‘No returns on this item’ are final sale items. Once purchased, such items cannot be returned.
    8. SalikoMall.com shall process the refund of the amount paid by the buyer towards the purchase excluding: Promotional Vouchers, Shipping Costs, Customs, and other local taxes.
    9. SalikoMall.com shall deduct the Shipping Costs and Customs Duties & Taxes paid towards a return shipment due to failure of delivery in the event of the buyer being not contactable and/or not available to clear the customs (payment of duties, additional documents) and/or to receive the delivery.
    10. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, any Customs Duties & Taxes borne by SalikoMall.com shall be deducted from the buyer’s refund.

Refunds:

  1. All prepaid orders via Credit Cards are refunded to the original method of payment and cannot be substituted/transferred to any other method.
  2. Cash payment orders are refunded only via an online transfer to a Bank Account. Buyer is liable to bear any costs/fees applied by the bank for the transaction and/or currency exchange.
  3. All international transactions are converted to USD and the received amount shall be refunded to the buyer’s original method of payment for the exact value as received. Any difference in the refund amount due to currency exchange is the responsibility of the buyer.
  4. Credit card refunds, once initiated, may take 7-14 Business Days to complete the bank’s processing and be credited to the buyer’s account. Bank Transfers may take 3-5 Business Days for completion once processed.
  5. Refund shall be processed for 100% value of the item(s) and does not include any Shipping Costs, Vouchers, Customs Duties & Taxes, and/or any other local taxes paid by the buyer.
  6. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, any Customs Duties & Taxes borne by SalikoMall.com shall be deducted from the buyer’s refund.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Refunds will be processed by www.salikomall.com with-in 72 hrs. of accepting the request only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  2. SalikoMall will not be responsible for any delay caused by the originating bank in processing refund / credit.
